Karen has over 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering and managing education, employment and training services within the statutory and voluntary sector.
She has worked at Senior Management level for over 15 years and managed a number of training and educational projects for people who are homeless have mental health problems and ex-offenders.
Karen’s background is in education designing and delivering bespoke accredited courses. Her specialisms’ are Black British History and Self Development through culture and identity.
She currently delivers a unique culturally specific rehabilitation Black self development programme to male prisoners residing at HMP Spring Hill and HMP Bullingdon.
In addition she is currently working with a number of primary schools delivering decolonisation training to staff and supporting decolonising school curriculums - more information
Simon has more than 25 years experience of successfully delivering and managing regeneration, employment and community based services.
He has wide ranging experience at senior level working as CEO at North Fulham New Deal for Communities, Director at Park Royal Partnership, and senior local authority roles. Building positive relationships and partnerships, in order to achieve results has been a feature of his career.
Simon is an expert in the successful delivery of employment and training initiatives. He has worked in urban settings throughout his career and understands how to connect residents with opportunities.
